A straightforward checklist for Android apps: the same items, worked through in order, before anything is listed.
A store page tells you what an app is supposed to be. Checked APKs checks it against a short, fixed list instead: who published it, whether the install matches the description, and whether it asks for more than it needs.
Publisher identity, a clean install, and permissions that line up with what the app claims to do. Miss one of those three and the app sits out until it is fixed.
These pages are built ahead of time as plain static files, so the checklist is already there when the page opens, on any connection.

Installers built from someone else's app, unlocks patched into a paid product, and anything wearing another developer's name. Those fail the first item and go no further.
Checked APKs is kept by a small team who would rather hand you a short checklist than a long sales pitch.
Apps get rechecked as they update, and anything that no longer clears the list is taken down rather than left up with an old check mark.
Cleared does not mean perfect. It means every item on the list was actually looked at.
